MAN ONE (Matt Rudge) is an electronic music producer & DJ from London, England, affiliated with THE SRK creative studio.
A DJ and electronic music producer since the age of 15, the bulk of his production releases were unofficial tracks, remixes and DJ mixes circulated on the internet until his first official release, “Risk” on Climax Recordings (2001). Having played at clubs around the world for over a decade, he moved to London in 2003 and subsequently formed OPEN SAUCE, a company specializing in electronic music production, events and broadcasting.
Since 2003 Man One has released countless tracks, remixes and productions whilst also experimenting with live electronic performance artists such as INFINITE LIVEZ (Big Dada), GOLD PANDA (Ghostly International), Remi Rough (Reptiles), DJ Tendraw (Glue Rooms), DJ DYSU (Abstract DC10), sharing stages with acts such as Anthony Joseph, Dj Yoda, A-Skillz, DMX Krew, OM Unit, Memory9, Kiss Akabusi and Dave De Rose.
Man One continues to push his sound relentlessly around the world having performed across the UK and in Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, Poland, Germany, France and the US.
Finally, Man One also specializes in bespoke music and sound design for film and television productions. Working closely with directors and producers to create original sound. With credits including the award winning documentary SOKA AFRIKA as well as many other films, documentaries, commercials and online (viral) videos, Man One's textured and subtle productions are a natural fit for film makers looking for contemporary electronic music and sound to enhance their work.
